Care for some green... anyone???

So much doing for "Going Green!"... the unsuccessful Climate Summit ... world leaders unable to achieve a consensus.. Environmental ministers claiming unrealistic targets.... we listen to all this is bitter despair and just say... oh!! they are politicians after all!!

But how many of us are actually re-iterating our lifestyle to see if we are doing anything at all.. Does "Green" mean anything that we can do like changing simple aspects of day-to-day living? Does eating an orange instead of enjoying an imported-canned-juiced version do any good to the planet? How about enjoying a cycle-ride instead of doing knee-aching-treadmill-routine?

I discovered that we really lack a clear idea on how much we get to contribute through these minor greendo acts...the change and revolution that we can create... and more importantly how much we can save in terms of evolution-costs!

Rab ne... Rab is a guy? no wonder!

SRK... can someone ban him from films in future pls? the first thing that comes to my mind when i flashback on this movie is the consistency in act of SRK... how can he manage to cry and talk together in exactly the same way in all/most of his movies?

Nice herione yaar... punjabi costume... small town guy with city girl et all... ya they were nice.. but there was a stricking thing about this story line that struck me like a day after i saw the movie.. man... wasnt the whole thing so damn MCP-ish?

Gal gets married to guy...and the husband is this ujala-white gov officer.. guy tries to woo her as Raj (all-time-same again)...with new hair-shtyle.. and a beaded t-shirt.. and girl doesnt even make out its her husband... gosh,.. and returning to the story.. when she falls for Raj.. Hero decides... she has to fall for Suri as well.... eh??? kya natak hey yaar... poor thing.. she had just lost her bf just before marrying him.. (thats the prelude guys!)

This whole drama of gal has to fall in love with anyone who tries to make-her-love-him? BF-Raj-Suri... what was the story writer aiming at.. juggling through guys to decide who you are fated with? is that it?? eeeesshhh... This hero of his can dress himself up differently and lie through his teeth and get her to believe that.. finally asserting that Rab made him do it and he can he see Rab in her (i was in tears that time... oh please believe me).. Poor girl.. is all i can say...

P.S- I was just typin this stuff, when my roomie just peeped in said.. sooo much for an SRK movie? i couldnt agree more... and here is the fullstop!

My first blog

It was just another weekend of - nothing muches! and i am here, finally doing something that i have been wanting to do from a long looong time - Blog!

I have read umpteen number of blogs... a few were captivating and inspirational.. a few were comic in content and read.. i am not sure if i can ever categorize all mine to a particular genre! They will be the collection of random thoughts and recollections put down here for yrs to come!
